33 Stradale – ‘Il coraggio di sognare’
When passion meets courage, nothing is impossible. Inspired by a legendary Alfa Romeo icon, the 33 Stradale ushers in a bold era of bravery, sportiness, and power. An astonishing fuoriserie: 33 units reflecting the creative minds of its owners, who have been granted the freedom to customise their supercars by actively participating in the decision-making process, working hand in hand with our ‘Bottega’ of talented craftsmen.
The Creation
A bridge between time and eternity. The perfect match between beauty and functionality. The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is a visionary piece of art that returns after 56 years.
Considered by many to be the most beautiful car of all time, the 1967 33 Stradale and its iconic stylistic features were the main source of inspiration for the supercar’s futuristic lines and harmonious proportions.
From the wing mirrors to the side air intakes, from the lights to the front V-shield: every aspect of the exterior design is intended to enhance the car’s aerodynamics at high speeds. The carbon-fibre and aluminium wraparound roof offers a breathtaking panoramic view and makes the 33 Stradale extraordinarily lightweight. A sensual body to fly into the future. Relying on an advanced hinge mechanism, the butterfly doors create a jaw-dropping silhouette.
The opening of the front and rear ‘cofango’ is both theatrical and functional, as it provides easy access to the luggage compartments and the technical components of the 33 Stradale – in full racing style. The aerodynamic solution applied to the truncated tail, combined with the expressiveness of the central V-shape design, adds strength and energy to the supercar’s rear look. The headlights are high-tech jewels serving as air intakes that feed the intercooler and the aerodynamic conveyers.
Positioned at the convergence of the undulating lines on the bonnet, the front “Scudetto” V-shield reveals a three-dimensional Alfa Romeo logo made of aluminium with carbon-fibre details. The way it appears into the space evokes the artistic perfection of a sculpture. Iconic gold alloy wheels paired with coloured Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes exemplify the distinct Alfa Romeo racing spirit and celebrate the 1967 33 Stradale. The rear turn signals emerge from the car’s wing to recall the legendary air outlet design of its predecessor: necessary beauty at its finest. A striking three-dimensional effect: the round taillights reinterpret the rear look of the historic 33 Stradale from an ultra-modern perspective.
The Atmosphere
In a world dominated by industrial production, Alfa Romeo dared to dream differently. Embracing a genuine, artisan mindset, the brand focused on essential beauty to deliver an authentic multi-sensory experience behind the wheel of the 33 Stradale. Featuring a driver-oriented interior and devoid of controls on the sports steering wheel, the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale heightens the notion of simplicity, where the sole focus will be on enjoying every second of the journey.
An enveloping, luminous cabin that imparts the sensation of piloting a jet aircraft: a clear tribute to aeronautics, an integral part of the history of Alfa Romeo. With its essential controls derived from aeronautics, the aluminium centre console is engineered to strengthen the relationship between the driver and the supercar. Knobs, gears, and switches that only speak Italian, designed to elicit a unique sensory response and make the journey even more visceral.
Combining analogue and digital elements for a three-dimensional experience, the Alfa Romeo “Cannocchiale” cluster changes its layout according to the selected drive mode: “Strada” or “Pista”. The road is the only thing that matters. Used to control the supercar’s settings, the large display between the dashboard and the centre console can be retracted when needed.
Paying homage to the 1967 version on display at the Museo Storico Alfa Romeo in Arese, the interior of the 33 Stradale maintains the distinctive “Cannelloni” ribbed design. Through its premium materials, comfortable seats, and cutting-edge solutions, the cabin redefines the meaning of driving pleasure by becoming the natural extension of the driver.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.
Posted Notice Requirement
Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties
Civil and Criminal Penalties
As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.
Required Written Notices
If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
